After completing the main story, players gain access to 6 endgame world bosses and 4 dungeon bosses that provide the best loot in the game. Each boss has unique mechanics, phase transitions, and weakness windows that reward knowledge and preparation over raw gear score.
Before attempting any post-story boss, you should have at minimum: TRI yellow weapon, DUO yellow armor (2+2 hybrid), 180+ AP, 250+ DP, and a full set of crystals in your gear. Below this threshold, you will struggle to meet the DPS check for enrage timers.
| Boss Name | Location | Respawn | Gear Req (Solo) | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Red Nose | Western Guard Camp | 3 hours | 180 AP / 250 DP | Easy |
| Giath | Heidel Outskirts | 4 hours | 190 AP / 260 DP | Easy-Medium |
| Bheg | Balenos Forest | 5 hours | 200 AP / 270 DP | Medium |
| Dim Tree Spirit | Elric Shrine | 6 hours | 210 AP / 280 DP | Medium-Hard |
| Muskan | Abandoned Monastery | 8 hours | 220 AP / 290 DP | Hard |
| Kzarka | Serendia Temple | 12 hours | 230 AP / 300 DP | Very Hard |
All bosses drop yellow-grade boss gear (weapons or armor pieces) plus various enhancement materials. The drop rate for boss gear is approximately 2-3% per kill, making these fights primarily a long-term investment. The real value is in the guaranteed drops: memory fragments, concentrated stones, and boss stamps.

Red Nose & Giath: Entry-Level Bosses
Red Nose and Giath are the two easiest post-story bosses and serve as the introduction to boss mechanics. They are perfect for learning how boss fights work before moving on to harder content.
Red Nose Strategy
- Phase 1 (100-70% HP): Basic melee attacks, ground slam (telegraphed by red circle). Dodge sideways, attack from behind.
- Phase 2 (70-40% HP): Adds two red nose minions that explode for 30% HP. Kill adds first, then return to boss.
- Phase 3 (40-0% HP): Enrage mode - attack speed doubles, gains a charge attack. Use your i-frame for the charge, attack during recovery.
- Weak point: Back of the head (+20% damage). Always position behind the boss.
- Best class: Any melee class. Ranged classes struggle because Red Nose constantly charges.
Giath Strategy
- Phase 1 (100-60% HP): Staff attacks, fireball volley (4 projectiles in a spread pattern). Strafe sideways to avoid.
- Phase 2 (60-30% HP): Summons fire pillars that track players. Keep moving, do not stand still for more than 2 seconds.
- Phase 3 (30-0% HP): Giant fire meteor that oneshots anyone caught in the center. Run to the edge of the arena immediately.
- Weak point: The crystal on top of the staff (+25% damage when hit).
- Best class: Rangers and wizards - ranged attacks hit the crystal consistently.
Both bosses have enrage timers of 10 minutes. If you cannot kill them in 8 minutes or less solo, you should farm more gear first. In a party of 3, the enrage timer is effectively 5 minutes because of the HP scaling.
Bheg & Dim Tree Spirit: Mid-Tier Bosses
Bheg and Dim Tree Spirit represent the mid-tier boss encounters. They have more complex mechanics, higher damage output, and require better gear and skill to solo consistently.
Bheg Strategy
- Phase 1 (100-60% HP): Fast sword combos (3-4 hit chains), occasional spin attack. Block or dodge the first two hits, dodge through the spin.
- Phase 2 (60-25% HP): Leap attack that creates shockwaves (3 rings expanding outward). Jump or i-frame through the rings. After landing, Bheg is vulnerable for 3 seconds.
- Phase 3 (25-0% HP): Berserk mode - all attacks become faster, gains a counter-attack stance. Do NOT attack during the red glow; wait for the attack then punish.
- Weak point: Legs during spin recovery, back during berserk (+15% damage).
- Key mechanic: The counter-attack stance in phase 3 can oneshot players who spam attacks. Watch for the red aura and stop attacking immediately.
Dim Tree Spirit Strategy
- Phase 1 (100-70% HP): Vine attacks from the ground (red markers). Move continuously, do not stand in place.
- Phase 2 (70-40% HP): Spawns tree saplings that heal the boss. Kill saplings within 10 seconds or the boss heals 5% HP each.
- Phase 3 (40-0% HP): Root prison + slam combo. If you get rooted, use i-frame to escape the slam (deals 80% max HP).
- Weak point: Core on chest, exposed briefly after slam attack (+30% damage).
- Key mechanic: The tree saplings in phase 2 are the make-or-break mechanic. In a party, assign one player to handle saplings exclusively.
These bosses are the first ones where party composition matters. Having a dedicated tank to hold aggro and a healer/bard for buffs significantly increases clear speed and reduces deaths.
Muskan & Kzarka: Hard Mode Bosses
Muskan and Kzarka are the two hardest world bosses in the current mid-game content. They have complex multi-phase mechanics, high damage output, and tight enrage timers. Most players need at least TRI boss gear to solo these effectively.
Muskan Strategy
- Phase 1 (100-70% HP): Arrow rain (area denial), dive bomb attack. Stay spread out, use cover from pillars.
- Phase 2 (70-40% HP): Summons shadow clones that copy its attacks. The real Muskan has a red glow - focus only on the real one.
- Phase 3 (40-15% HP): Darkness phase - entire arena darkens, Muskan becomes invisible except for glowing eyes. Listen for audio cues, dodge on sound.
- Phase 4 (15-0% HP): Final stand - rapid dive bombs + shadow clones all at once. Burn all cooldowns, focus on survival as much as damage.
- Weak point: The heart core on chest during dive recovery (+25% damage).
Kzarka Strategy
- Phase 1 (100-80% HP): Claw swipes, tail sweeps (360 degree). Stay at the boss's side, never in front or directly behind.
- Phase 2 (80-60% HP): Roar that stuns everyone + meteor shower. Use i-frame during the roar to avoid stun, then dodge meteors.
- Phase 3 (60-35% HP): Adds 4 dragon priests that channel shields. Kill priests to break shield, then burn boss during shield down window.
- Phase 4 (35-10% HP): Flight phase - Kzarka flies and rains fire. Hide behind pillars, use ranged attacks if you have them.
- Phase 5 (10-0% HP): Final breath - massive AoE that covers 80% of arena. Run to the safe zone at the back, then burst for the kill.
- Weak point: Mouth during roar, chest during flight (+20% damage).
Kzarka is the most mechanically complex boss in the mid-game. It typically takes 5-10 attempts just to learn all the mechanics. Do not get discouraged by early deaths - every attempt teaches you something new.
Boss Rush Daily: Efficient Farming Route
World bosses operate on fixed respawn timers, which means you can plan a "boss rush" route that hits multiple bosses in sequence. Optimizing your boss schedule is the key to maximizing loot per hour spent.
Optimal Boss Rush Schedule
| Time Slot | Boss | Travel From | Prep Time | Avg Clear Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0:00 | Red Nose | Heidel | 2 min | 5-8 min |
| 3:00 | Giath | Red Nose | 5 min | 6-9 min |
| 5:00 | Bheg | Giath | 8 min | 8-12 min |
| 8:00 | Dim Tree | Bheg | 6 min | 10-15 min |
| 12:00 | Muskan | Dim Tree | 10 min | 12-18 min |
| 20:00 | Kzarka | Any | 15 min | 15-25 min |
If you do all 6 bosses in one cycle (about 20 hours of real time, but only 1-2 hours of active play), you can expect approximately 30-50 memory fragments, 15-25 concentrated stones, and a 12-18% chance of getting at least one boss gear piece.
The most efficient approach is to set timers for each boss and log in just for the fights. You can do other activities (grinding, lifeskills) between boss spawns. Many dedicated boss farmers set up a second character parked at each boss location to minimize travel time.
Class Tier List for Bossing
Not all classes are equally good at bossing. Some classes excel at single-target damage, others at survival, and others at mechanics. The best bossing classes combine high sustained damage with good mobility and at least one i-frame or defensive cooldown.
PvE Boss Tier List (Solo)
| Tier | Classes | Strengths | Weaknesses |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | Wizard, Witch | High burst damage, ranged safety, healing | Low mobility, long cast times |
| A | Ranger, Berserker | High sustained DPS, good survivability | Ranger is squishy, Berserker is slow |
| B | Sorceress, Warrior | Good i-frames, solid damage | Medium range, complex rotations |
| C | Assassin, Tamer | High burst potential | Very squishy, hard to play well |
Wizards and Witches are undisputed S-tier for bossing because their ranged playstyle lets them safely attack from a distance while dodging mechanics. Their healing spells also mean they can recover from mistakes that would kill other classes.
However, class is less important than gear and skill. A skilled player with a C-tier class and 230 AP will outperform a mediocre player with an S-tier class and 200 AP. If you already have a class you enjoy, it is better to stick with it and learn the boss mechanics than to reroll.
Boss Gear Progression: What to Target First
Boss gear is the best-in-slot equipment for every slot, but not all boss pieces are equally important. The order in which you acquire boss gear significantly impacts your power progression. Here is the optimal acquisition order for most builds.
Boss Gear Priority Order (PvE)
- Kzarka Weapon - The single biggest power upgrade. Kzarka weapons have 30+ more AP than yellow crafted weapons. Aim for this first.
- Giath Helmet - Best-in-slot helmet with high DP and a hidden crit resistance bonus. Great upgrade from yellow crafted helmets.
- Bheg Gloves - Best gloves for DPS builds due to accuracy and crit chance. Critical for hitting accuracy caps.
- Red Nose Armor - High DP and HP, but the difference from yellow crafted armor is smaller than other slots.
- Muskan Boots - Best boots for PvP due to movement speed and evasion. Less impactful for PvE.
- Dim Tree Armor - Alternative armor with more DR but less HP. Personal preference vs. Red Nose.
On average, it takes about 30-40 boss kills to get your first boss gear piece. At 2-3 kills per week (solo), that is 10-20 weeks of boss farming. For this reason, many players buy their first boss weapon from the market (300-500M silver for TRI Kzarka) rather than waiting for a drop.
An alternative strategy is to run boss scrolls (from combining ancient relic shards) in a party of 5. Each person gets their own loot, and the clear time is much faster. Party bossing increases your effective boss kills per hour by roughly 3x compared to solo, though you split the scroll cost.
